Any attorney can list their services on a number of different websites (potentially 100+) but you do not have time to go through 100+ different online forms.  For this reason, contact us to see our affordable Mass Attorney Directory Listing option for $60 / month.  In general, here are some of the website where you can list your services:

  • Your local bar association website.
  • The attorney section of Justanswer.com. Here people type in a legal question and then a lawyer answers it online.
  • Nolo.com.  Nolo has mixed reviews.  On the one hand, they rank high in Google searches because of their quality content.  On the other hand, any one lawyer will be competing with countless other lawyers within the Nolo directory.  People going to Nolo will go to a lawyer to get help with:

  • Martindale.com.  Martindale is a partner company of Nolo.  Here you are once again competing with many other lawyers in a massive online attorney directory.
  • LawyerLegion.com.  Lawyer Legion has been around since 2013.  They offer services for the general public, lawyers, and lawyer associations.
  • Lawyers.com.  Here, a lawyer can list themselves and their services.  Then the lawyer must have past clients rate their services in order to rank higher within lawyers.com as the public searches for your specific practice.  The types of practices they list on their website include: family law, bankruptcy, criminal law, disability law, home law, employment law, immigration law, personal injury law, and tax law.
  • Upwork.com.  If you are a lawyer who wants to get in a price war race to the bottom with other lawyers than this is the perfect website for you!  Most likely though, you do not want to compete in that kind of race because it only wastes your time.
  • Thumbtack.com.  This is the basic same premise as Upwork where any one lawyer will compete with many others.  Essentially, users online will submit a form on Thumbtack.  Then when a user submits that form, Thumbtack sends an invitation to bid to lawyers who may be able to solve that person’s problem.
  • Legal Conference.  At legal conference, any visitor will first pick the state where they need an attorney.  Then the visitor will pick the city where they need legal help.
  • LawyerListings.com.  This is essentially the same concept as Legal Conference.com
  • Avvo.com
  • List your firm on the American Association for Justice website.  This association started in August 16th, 1946 when “a group of nine plaintiffs’ attorneys involved in workers’ compensation litigation met in a hotel room at the Heathman Hotel in Portland, Oregon. Their goal was to put together a plan for a national organization to combat new threats facing trial lawyers across the country.”
  • List your firm on the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys.  Obviously here you must be an attorney who works specifically with reproductive technology
